Our client is a leading reputable US company with offices across Hong Kong, China, Japan, Singapore and other APAC countries. Currently, in face of business expansion, they are looking for an experienced Facilities Manager with Corporate Real Estate portfolio planning and management experience.
Directly reporting to the Global Head of Facilities based in the US, you will be the first person based in their APAC headquarters in Hong Kong directing and managing the real estate portfolio including developing and implementing real estate short and long-term strategies.
You will be responsible for dealing with consultancy, landlords and contractors on lease negotiation and renewal on behalf of the company and provide professional recommendations to the senior management. On the other hand, you will oversee all the renovation and construction works during the entire project cycle including the planning, cost and budgeting and timeline management.
On top of that, you will also be responsible for workplace solutions by closely working with other internal departments in order to plan and execute effective workplace strategies according to company goals.
To succeed in this role, you should be an experienced Facilities Manager with solid experience in managing corporate real estate portfolio operations and planning in a Greater China OR APAC scope in a multinational company. Capable and comfortable working as a one man band and possess strong commercial sense with full awareness of market trends of the real estate industry and able to manage all the stakeholders internally and externally to achieve company goals.
This role will require frequent travel to different locations across Asia. Must be conversant in English and Putonghua.
