Our client is a well-known consumer durable brand who has had great success across the world. To support the healthy development of their business in APAC, they are now inviting a seasoned customer service professional to join their team in Hong Kong.
Based in Hong Kong, you will be this is a key role to establish customer service centres to provide excellent after sales service across APAC. Reporting to the Country Head, you will be responsible for formulating strategies to improve process in standards, policies and procedures to ensure quality in customer relations management. You will drive a customer focused culture and manage customer satisfaction and handle complaints and operations from a corporate level.
The successful candidate must have extensive customer service or service operation experience within the consumer durable or FMCG sector. Successful track record in building up and managing customer service/ call centre in APAC. Strong experience in both in managing in-house customer service hub and external vendor would be an advantage. Outstanding presentation skills with strong communication and interpersonal skill are essential to excel in this role. A good command in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is required. Occasional travel is required on a need basis.
