Our client, an affordable luxury designer brand is now inviting interested candidates with solid MNC experience as a Regional Training Lead to apply for this opening as captioned above!
Reporting to the Regional Human Resources Director, the qualified job holder will be leading a small team and be responsible for successful aligning and delivery of overall end-to-end training strategy and programs with ultimate goal to meet with given company objectives across a broad spectrum on business, product, customer services, consumer satisfaction, loyalty and retail KPIs in the designated markets In doing so, his/her regular duties include gap analysis, people development framework set up, training needs analysis, retail training design, training program coordination and budget control through working with local retail operations, regional business counterparts, global training team as well as with senior management to obtain expectation.
Applicants must meet following requirements:
- Degree holder in Training/ Human Resources or related discipline
- At least 8 years of relevant stable track record gained from a sizable retail company
- Passionate in business and talent development with good strategic and execution mind set.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent written and verbal skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
