Our client is an established global leader in the Industrial/ Manufacturing space with state-of-the-art R&D centre and manufacturing plants, delivering high quality projects and products to support a wide array of leading blue chips customers. To cope with exciting Regional Expansion Plan and to capture the potential in the different markets, they are now recruiting for a commercially astute and highly entrepreneurial sales executive with proven track record to lead the North East & South East Asia Region with Sub-Region P&L and team management responsibility.

Reporting to the Regional Managing Director and leading a sizable team including the regional distributor network, you will develop and drive the region sales strategy, work with distributors to identify potential sectors and new customers, while further developing key accounts; you will seek to understand their requirements to provide effective solutions, lead the team to win new businesses, and deliver revenue and profit targets. In addition to business growth, you will also coach the team to ensure top notch customer services are provided. You will also have a key mandate to continue build the team and to ensure high level of employment engagement.
You will be a degree graduate with solid experience in the B2B Business Development & Sales Management area ideally with a Technology/ Telco, Electronic/ Electrical or Industrial MNC, and in a regional setting. You will be a strategically minded and commercially astute executive, who is highly motivated and sales driven, with excellent client management & presentation skills. Previous experience managing and/or acquiring distributor network is a must. You will have managed sizable P&L with track record in delivering business goals (top line and bottom line) and building strong brand equity with experience managing and building robust client relationships. You will be a strong leader with powerful interpersonal and presentation skills, cultural sensitive and have the ability to effectively influence external partners and internally with senior executives. Exceptional communication skills and strong fluency in English is a must; while knowledge on other Asian languages (Mandarin Chinese, Japanese, Korean) ideal. As this is a regional head role, there will be high level of traveling within Asia.
