This is a business development focus role suitable for hands-on and entrepreneurial individuals who have a strong interest in building new markets. This critical role will be responsible for driving market share growth for the Southeast Asia region. You will be responsible for assessing and developing each country's business strategy. It is essential to travel frequently to each region to work closely with distributors and partners. You must further drive sales through developing new channels and continue expanding distributor growth. This role will involve providing product, sales and clinical trainings to distributors and to maintain a strong relationship with partners. Using strong communication and interpersonal skills, you will need to enhance key customer relationships and provide support and ongoing education. Travelling will be an essential and high aspect to this role. It is a great career progression opportunity for a strong business development professional who is self-driven and hands-on.
This role demands a high-energy individual with an entrepreneurial spirit and the desire and ability to drive a region autonomously, with a clear vision of growth. A minimum of 6-8 years of medical device sales experience, with at least 3 years of distributor management experience is required. Regional exposure will be advantageous. This is an outstanding opportunity for an ambitious self-starter with a strong business and strategic mind-set. Fluency in Cantonese and English are required for the position.
