Ralph Lauren is seeking to connect with Retail Merchandising / Buying & Planning professionals to discuss upcoming career opportunities at our Hong Kong Office based in Tsim Sha Tsui.
As a vital member of our sizeable Merchandising, Planning and Allocation function, you will play a critical support role in managing RL's Open-To-Buy, and in driving product assortment selection for a specific label and for multiple countries across the APAC.
These roles offer the opportunities for a career-driven individuals to work in a tightly-knit team of Merchandising, Planning and Allocation specialists; access unique local markets; and partner with a wide range of stakeholders cross-functionally to drive the business forward.
To be successful in this role, the following qualification, skills and experience are required.
- A Bachelor degree (with post-graduate qualifications being highly preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of relevant retail merchandising / buying, planning experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (English)
- Strong computer literacy (Excel: Pivot Table, vlookup)
- Proven capability to work under pressure and the flexibility to adapt to changing conditions
