- Develop business strategies based on product portfolio to retail channels such as chain stores and supermarkets
- Explore new business opportunities and expand market penetration.
- Maintain good relationship with existing customers and grow their business.
- Negotiate cost and trading terms with customers
- Implement promotion plan and launch program based on marketing plan
- Review business performance with key retail clients and buyers to identify risk and opportunity
- Control the trade spending within budget
- At least 5 years solid experience in sales management for food related channel in supermarkets chains.
- Good negotiation and communication Skills.
- Good language skill including English and Chinese in both spoken and written.
- Good connection with key account is an added advantage
- Effective planning, analytical, presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
