In order to align with the Group’s Globalization strategy and the business development plan, strengthen the management of offshore accounts, ensure the safety and efficiency in the usage of offshore funds among the Group, the HNA Group International Treasury Management Company Limited (the “International Treasury Company”) has been established. Incorporated in Hong Kong, the International Treasury Company serves as the offshore fund management platform for the Group to monitor the Group’s offshore bank accounts and funds. Through account inquiries and regional fund management, it performs offshore treasury management function by applying systematic management techniques and advanced technology, and as a result, to perform globalized monitoring of offshore accounts, cross-border funds allocation and liquidity management.
The main functions include, but not limited to, the followings:
(1) Management of all offshore accounts and capital;
(2) Establishment and management of all offshore accounts monitoring framework;
(3) Establishment, operations and management of all offshore regional capital pools;
(4) Allocation of offshore regional capital;
(5) Establishment of offshore accounts and funds management system;
(6) Financial consultancy services for offshore units.

Key Responsibilities and Duties
l Establish related risk management policies, guidelines and procedures for various business activities.
l Liaise with internal departments to monitor internal control of credit risk, market risk, operational risk and business risk, and report the relevant situation to the superiors in a timely manner.
l Perform risk analysis and assessment in ad hoc projects like newly developed financial products and major international business.
l Perform authorization initial evaluation to ensure various business activities are in full compliance with the regulatory requirements.
l Evaluate and analyze the operation of the risk management business, regularly inspect and supervise the implementation of the system, and propose rectification opinions and measures.
l Accomplish other ad-hoc tasks assigned by superiors.
Qualifications & skills
l Education qualification：Bachelor degree or above.
l University rankings: Top 100 in Times higher Education or US News and World Report.
l Major: Finance, economy or law related.
l High proficiency of English and Mandarin.
l Business knowledge required: Grasp of the basic financial rules and regulations, being conversant with corporate treasury business operation, being conversant with accounting standards of the related business transactions, being proficient with the related finance and taxation policies.
l Work experience requirement: Over 2 years work experience in Financial Industry preferred.
l Fresh graduates in 2017 may also be considered as Risk Trainee.
