- Provide admin and clerical support to sales team
- Handle inbound calls such as customer inquiries and complaints
- Coordination with different parties for sales order and inquiries
- Prepare sales reports
- Maintain inventory / transaction records
- Assist in ad hoc duties as assigned
- Form 5 or above
- At least 1 year related sales admin experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
