- Process sales orders and prepare sales documents such as invoices and delivery notes
- Communicate and coordinate with internal parties for delivery arrangement and inventory issues
- Handle customers’ enquiries and complaints
- Provide administrative and clerical support to Sales & Delivery team, including data input, filing and preparing documents
- Consolidate data and prepare regular reports, and take up other ad hoc assignments as required
- 2 years' relevant experience in order processing or customer servicing industries
- Customer-oriented with good communication skills
- Well-organized, team-player and able to work independently
- Proficient in computer applications, including Chinese Word Processing, knowledge of SAP will be an advantage but not a must
- Immediate available is highly preferred
- Alternative Saturday off (Shift on Sun & Public Holidays is required)
