Sales & Business Development Executive

This is a newly created role within our growing team to focus on driving sales and meeting company objectives in both the Retail and Corporate divisions of our business.
- Identify and proactively approach new corporate clients to meet sales targets.
- Manage corporate accounts; working with the project team on creative proposals.
- Support the retail stores to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Analyse monthly sales reports to identify areas of concern/potential for growth.
- Work with marketing team to implement promotions and events to drive sales and reach new potential customers.
- Support the Business Manager to implement store policies and staff training to ensure smooth retail operations.
Experience & Attributes required:
- 2+ years in Business Development, Sales or Retail for Lifestyle/Luxury brand.
- High standards of customer service and experience working with corporate clients.
- Proven leadership skills.
- Highly organized, hardworking and ability to multi-task.
- Friendly and outgoing personality with natural sales skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Cantonese.
Location: Based in our flower-filled office in Wong Chuk Hang, you will make regular visits to our two premium retail boutiques on Hong Kong Island.
