Handle inquiry from potential clients in regards to overseas property investment and able to provide investment recommendation and strategy to clients
Provide high standard of advisory service on location, finance, letting and resale of property to clients
Skilled in assisting prospective buyers in visiting, selecting and inspecting properties and sites
Progress sale through to reservation, exchange and completion stage
Commitment to customer service including after sales and sales progression
Negotiate and agree sales price to both client and developer
To effectively manage a sales database to optimize sales opportunities
Closely working with JLL US and Australia teams on project coordination
- Able to work with targets and deadlines
At lease 3-5 year working experience
US or Australia university graduate is preferred
Good understand of US or Australia in geography and culture
Good command of English and confident to have business conversation to English native speaker
- Accurate, numerate and computer literate
