- Responsible for general sales supporting duties such as issue goods received / delivery note, delivery arrangement, sales order and purchases order management, etc.
- Executing pre-set policies, procedures and practices during the launch of products and services
- Handling internal incoming calls and enquiries
- Compiling necessary operation reports and providing feedback on policies, processes and customer issues for review purpose
- Diploma or above
- Minimum 1 year solid experience in sales support function
- Pro-active, customer oriented, well organized with good communication skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Proficient in both English and Chinese
