To achieve both revenue and acquisition targets set for the year via proper channel management and retail distribution.
- Responsible for the overall sales performance of Smart World
- Monitors daily sales from all channels and implements necessary sales activities that would help meet Targets
- Supervises, motivates and monitors the performance of the team
- Maintains detailed knowledge of the company’s products and services
- Maintains good relationships with all key channel partners
- Keeps abreast of competitors’ activities
- Continuously develops new channels to help increase visibility and sales
- Other tasks as assigned
- At least 5 years of working experience and min 2 years experience in supervisory level
- Strong sales planning skills, with sound business acumen
- Strong leadership and able to drive change
- Sales Driven
- University graduate
- Fluent English and Tagalog
- Proficiency in MS Office Word, Excel & PowerPoint is an advantage
- Good network is a must and good working attitude, flexible in timing
- Can work under pressure
