- Capable to handle Solution Selling on Cloud, Co-Location & Connectivity Services;
- Understanding customers' diverse, specific business needs and applying product knowledge to meet those needs;
- New Customer Hunter focus, identifying and developing new business through networking and courtesy and follow-up calls;
- Networking with existing customers in order to maintain links and promote additional products and upgrades;
- Meeting sales targets set by management and contributing to team targets
- To identify, qualify and establish sales pipelines & relative business plan
- Responding to tender documents, writing proposals, reports and supporting literature;
- Managing workload in order to organise and prioritise daily and weekly goals;
- Provide market feedback to offering development team for continuous enhancement of service offerings
- Strong Customer Relationships with specific customer segment experiences (e.g. Banking & Finance, Logistic, China HK Trading Industries, Professional Services…etc)
- System Integrator (i.e. S.I.) / Cloud Solution / ICT (Information and communications technology (ICT)) Solution / Co-location Service knowledge would be a preference
- University graduate or equivalent
- Over 3 years of experience in IT services sales and management
- Aggressive, outgoing and can work independently
- Good command of both spoken and written English, Mandarin is an advantage
- Excellent presentation skills
- Sales experience in SI, Telecommunications or Co-location services a definite advantage
- Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Sales Manager
