- Develop and formulate the sales strategies to achieve company goal
- Strengthen relationship with current customers & maintain high quality of customer service to maximum business return
- Liaison with principals and potential clients to drive new business in.
- Explore and establish new sales channels, markets and develop a strong wholesale network in order to strengthen brand positioning
- Analyze and monitor sales trends and performance, support new product launch
- Provide relevant analytical reports including sales forecast, expense budget, business plans and market updates to the management with recommendations and action plans
- Monitor account receivables and payment settlements
- Work with marketing team and operation team to build up sales and marketing plan, as well as participate in marketing activities, including seminar, presentation, customer demonstration, exhibition, trade fair and sales meetings, etc.
- Prepare brand & product materials & deliver product training to the front-line team
- Handle ad hoc projects and company events as assigned
- Tertiary education or above in related disciplines
- At least 5 years in sales area, preferably in baby products industry/trading, department store, supermarket field/FMCG
- Good command in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Proficiency in MS Office & Chinese word processing
- Strong leadership, analytical, numerical, communication and organizational skills, able to work under pressure
- Detail-minded, independent, self-motivated, creative and good team player
- Knowledge of E-commerce would be an advantage
- Willing to travel, immediate available is highly preferred
