Our client is a renowned company which focuses on food products. It is an international company base in US and its products are distributed to countries all over the world. As they enter this significant period of exponential growth, they are looking for a HoReCa Sales Manager based in Hong Kong looking after the China market to join the team for accelerating its development.
You will be responsible to manage the sales activities in the corporate accounts in Horeca channels in China to achieve sales goals and accelerate profit increment. As HoReCa Sales Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Plan and execute HoReCa sales strategies to reach sales goals set by the Company
- Meet the customer penetration rate as targeted
- Develop new channels and potential customers in the China market
- Work with the marketing team to ensure the effectiveness of the implemented HoReCa solutions
- Identify market potential and explore new business opportunities
- Devote in improving and enhancing commercial capabilities of the Company
You will carry over 5 years of relevant experience in Horeca channel for F&B business in Hong Kong, preferably from private label industry with a minimum bachelor degree. Good network and knowledge of B2B food sales or other private label sales in China market is highly preferred. Ability to run the regional business independently is essential to be successful in this role. Fluent spoken Mandarin and written in Chinese is required, English would be a plus.
