Sales & Marketing Manager - Retail

- Shop new product launch and seasonal launch program
- Formulate and execute factual and thematic marketing promotional programs and expand other retail sales channel including retail promotion, shop visual merchandising, CRM, roadshow, exhibitions, B to B, corporate sales etc.
- Set & control A&P budget, monitor & evaluate the effectiveness and maximize the ROI.
- Lead & monitor the team to roll out marketing campaign & visual merchandising tasks efficiently.
- Develop effective loyalty program to acquire & retain frequent customers via communication, memberships programs & reward programs.
- Develop training programs to keep improving service standard and work closely with operation team to ensure sales strategy is well-aligned & communicated.
- Identify & liaise with potential joint promotion parties.
- Manage and monitor vendors on all marketing promotion, and work closely with internal designers to develop all marketing materials.
- Handle ad-hoc, ongoing and individual assignments as assigned.
- University Degree in Marketing is preferred.
- Minimum 6 years relevant experience in marketing, preferably in retail.
- Creative, self-motivated, detail-oriented and well-organized.
- Strong leadership , interpersonal, communication and presetation skills.
- Fluency of spoken and written English, Mandarin, Cantonese language skills are essential.
- Immediate available is highly preferred.
- Experience knowledge in digital marketing is a plus.
