Nakama Global have partnered with a leading property group in search of a commercially minded Sales & Operations Director. Overseeing the sales and operations teams, the successful candidate will be key in leading the sales strategy for the market, establishing & evaluating the structure as well as motivating teams to not only achieve targets but also deliver service & excellence too.
- Define and implement a sales strategy for various brand/portfolios
- Enable & motivate teams to deliver on monthly, quarterly or annual targets
- Review commission schemes as well as other operational aspects of the sales teams for maximum efficiency and effectiveness
- Provide relevant training & support to sales teams
- Devise the customer action plan via customer segmentation & insights
- Devise KPI’s, reporting tools and various measures to track performance while identifying growth opportunities
- Work with internal departments to ensure all products & initiatives are communicated consistently
- Conduct ongoing performance & evaluation reviews
- Work closely with top level management to ensure ethics, business goals & targeted achievements are being met
The successful candidate will be:
- Fluent in English & Cantonese (written/spoken) with Mandarin a plus
- Have a degree in business related fields or possess a MBA
- 10+ years of experience in sales, business development (and operations)
- Strong understanding of the digital landscape
- Experience managing multi-brands and extensive teams
- Commercially driven, strategic and visionary
