- Assist and provide support to sales manager in order to achieve sales targets
- Provide sales administration support to sales team
- Prepare sales-related documents such as presentation materials, product information, quotation and agreements;
- Prepare marketing research and information to Sales team
- Coordinate sales activities internally and externally such as events, exhibitions, etc.
- Assist in project follow-up in order to make sure projects are on track
- Assist in building and expanding the business relationship with key business partners
- High Diploma or Degree holder in business, IT or related disciplines;
- Willing to learn, good communication skill, fluent in Chinese and English;
- Self-motivated, aggressive, outgoing, hardworking, well-organized, responsible and able to work proactively
