Maintaining close coordination with Account Executive for order processing
- New order processing and order management for sales team
Providing clerical support and handling inquires from cusotmer and sales team
Coordinating with various parties in USA to ensure customers’ requirements are met
Other duties as assigned/required
2-3 years sales support/cusotmer service experience preferably in electronics industry
Holder of diploma or higher in any disciplines
Good PC skills in MS Excel and Chinese word processing
Strong sense of responsibility and commitment
Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
