Toly is a global supplier of high-quality packaging solutions for beauty products sold around the world.
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sales Support Administrator to join Toly’s sales organisation in Hong Kong. The potential candidate will possess strong clerical skills and have a proven track record in providing sales administration and logistical support.
Reporting to the Sales Manager and acting as a focal point of contact between our factories, logistics partners and customers, your responsibilities will include:
- Requesting, drafting, and submitting quotations to customers
- Ordering and submitting samples
- Raising orders in the ERP system and communicating lead times to customers
- Coordinating shipments
- Maintaining the customer database
- Assisting in the organisation and setting up of trade shows and exhibitions
- Providing office administration and any ad-hoc projects as required
- F.5 level education or above
- 3+ years of successful sales administration experience
- Excellent written and oral skills in both English and Mandarin Chinese
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Organised, efficient and detail oriented
- Positive attitude and a team player
- Willing to travel to China from time to time
- Work experience in the beauty packaging field is advantageous
