A sizable and reputable International Law Firm with a friendly, professional and dynamic working environment is currently restructuring their secretarial support team. They are seeking an experienced and responsible Secretarial Manager in order to manage the pool of legal secretaries across different practice group.
Reporting to the COO and the Head of Corporate / Senior Partner, you will be providing professional and senior level of secretarial support to the top management such as management meetings coordination, preparing management reports and meeting agenda and some group administrative work.
More importantly, you will be supervising a team of legal secretaries with around 20-30 members. The main responsibilities will be managing their roasters, approving their leave applications, providing soft skill training, answering queries from secretaries about staff relation issues, arranging man-power across different sectors including floating secretaries, night secretaries, and perm and temp secretaries.
You will also closely work with HR Department about all secretaries hiring and performance review activities.
The Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate should have the following requirements:
- Degree holder with at least 3 years secretarial support experience and currently working on a supervising level from MNCs and preferably from legal industry
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Cantonese; Business level of Mandarin
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure with very minimal supervision
- Excellent presentation, communication, people management and interpersonal skills will be required
