- Provide full spectrum of Secretarial & Administration support Managers /Bankers
- Handle travel arrangement & calendars
- Handle translation as required
- Co-ordinate with internal & external parties in various meetings set up (Set up Video- Conference, meetings)
- Assist in other ad-hoc projects
- Degree holder
- Minimum 2 years related experience in Financial Institutions preferrable
- Able to work independently and work under pressure
- Good command of both spoken & written English and Chinese (Mandarin)
- Energetic, enjoy team works & supportive environment
- Good communication, negotiation and organizational skills
- IMMEDIATE available preferrable
