- To provide general secretarial duties to project department.
- To answer telephone calls, sorting emails, filing, scanning and business correspondence etc.
- To assist and follow up the progress of project
- To coordinate with contractors and suppliers.
- Outdoor works if necessary.
- Secondary School graduate with minimum 3 years working experiences in architectural company.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) & Chinese Typing.
- Responsible, self- motivated and can work independently.
- Immediate available is preferred.
