- Provide comprehensive secretarial support to CEO and office administrative support to company
- Provide comprehensive support to sales team in terms of document handling
- Handle HR duties such as daily and monthly attendance record, invoices, petty cash of staff etc
- Handle telephone phone calls and other correspondences in professional manner
- Assist in arranging for meetings and related documentation
- Arrange and organizing internal and external functions, meetings and events
- Handling Management’s daily schedules, travelling itineraries & accommodations
- Prepare reports and filling
- General secretarial duties
- Any ad-hoc duties assigned
- Degree holder in Business Administration or related disciplines.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience,with experience in serving foreigner boss is an advantage
- Responsible, well-organized, mature and able to work under pressure
- Good sense of teamwork and commitment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good English, Cantonese and spoken Mandarin.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
- Immediate availability is highly preferred
