Our company is the Hong Kong branch of a State-owned investment company headquartered in Shenzhen. We are looking for a qualified person as our team secretary.
- Provide secretarial and administrative support to the company
- manage daily calendar, maintain contact data base and coordinate meeting schedules and business appointments
- Organize and prepare materials for company meetings and write minutes
- Responsible for other daily administration matters
- Maintain proper filing systems
- Handle ad hoc assignments timely and professionally
- Diploma or above with formal secretarial training / majored in English translation will be advantageous
- 2-3 years secretarial experience / candidates without experience or just new graduates with good abilities will also be considered.
- Mature, proactive and solid skills in minutes taking and task co-ordination
- Excellent communication skills in English, Putonghua and Cantonese.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing;
- Immediate availability is preferred
