Founded in 1908, Bank of Communications Co., Ltd. (Stock codes: A shares 601328, H shares 03328) is one of the oldest banks in China as well as one of the note-issuing banks in modern China. The Bank was listed on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited in June 2005 and on the Shanghai Stock Exchange in May 2007. - Lead a team to manage all documents in accordance with the bank policy and guidelines
- Build up and maintain documentation management related systems
- Degree holder with minimum of 8 years’ relevant experience in documentation and records service; Experience in Key Authentication is an advantage
- Strong sense of responsibility, detail-oriented, self-motivated, able to work under pressure and complete tasks in a timely manner
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager, Documentation.
The above post requires proficiency in English, Cantonese and Putonghua.
