A leading international bank is seeking a high-calibre Senior Business Support Officer in Hong Kong to support a large, complex business unit with a regional remit.
About the Role:
This is a great opportunity for career progression. Your main responsibility is to collaborate with various departments and users to design, develop and deploy business solutions to fullfill the business need under considerable deadline pressure.
- handle user queries & suggestions and acting on behalf of users to resolve problems/issues in regular liaison with IT or related parties
- assist in developing & implementing system projects to maximise the operational efficiency of the network
- assist in fall-back proceduring & giving instructions to users, aiming at minimising negative impact on business, image & operational inconvenience
The successful candidate will be driven and independent.
- diploma or degree holder at a recognised university or college
- project management skill including encompassing feasibility study capability, implementation and review monitoring skill, people/resources management skill, planning and organising skill etc.
- presentation and coaching skill, the job holder should have necessary presentation skill to introduce/present the relevant parties of the procedure/plan. He or She should also be able to coach his or her subordinates for their development
