- Over 4 year’s experience as a chef.
- Educated in or knowledge of the hospitality / catering industry.

- Trained Chefs with 4 years+ experience working in kitchen of Western restaurants
- Experience in banqueting, mass production and advance preparation
- Good knowledge of food handling, hygiene, preparation & cooking procedures
- Supplier negotiation skills
- Hot & Cold items skills & knowledge
- Health, Safety & HACCP Certificate holder
