A Top Tier Corporate Bank with strong financial capital is currently seeking for a Senior Client Service Manager to oversee the Client Services Teams.
Your new role
As the Senior Client Service Manager, you will be tasked with managing more than 5 staff within the team. You will train, guide and overlook the subordinates as they provide high quality of services to the bank's top tier clients. In addition, you will work closely with regional countries to co-manage the operations workflow and customer experience.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed you will have more than 10 years of client services within a bank. You will have a minimum of 5 years of managerial experience. Candidates with experience in Trade Finance / Cash Management / Securities products are highly valued. You will have exceptional communications skills and be fluent in English and Chinese.
