- Monitor the maintenance, security and cleaning services of properties
- Handle enquiries, complaints and emergency incidents
- Perform administrative duties
- Holder of Diploma / Certificate in Property Management or qualification equivalent to Qualifications Framework Level 3
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in property management of which at least 4 years in supervisory level
- Good analytical, communication and leadership skills
- Mature, independent and able to work under pressure
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Be computer literate in Ms Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
