Senior Human Resources Officer (Business Partner)

Our client is an US Fortune 500 multinational corporation in technology industry with operation across the Globe. They are now looking for a HR Officer to support the Regional office located in Hong Kong.
Key job duties
Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, you will act as a business partner in a full-spectrum of HR activities with compensation & benefit being a priority. You will oversee the monthly payroll process and administration for all staff and ensure the minimum wage requirements are met. You will also monitor on final payment for terminated contracts and calculations are accurately provided and complies with Employee Ordinance. You will also provide payroll reporting to Finance, handle annual tax return administration such as cost charging, payroll summary reports and work as business partner to other functions such as HR and IT as well as other countries on HR ad-hoc projects. You will help develop and implement compensation & benefits policies, salary bench-marking etc.
You should have a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration HR Management or equivalent. You should have a minimum of 6 years HR experience gained from MNC's. You should have strong experience in people cost & HRIS system management. You should be very hands-on, work well independently, detailed, outgoing, well organised, mature & possess great interpersonal skills, and be able to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment. You should be strong in payroll calculations with Excel with execution excellence. You should be fluent in English, Cantonese & Mandarin.
