A Top 100 listed company in Hong Kong is currently expanding and looking for a Senior Investment Manager
lStrategic & Investment Planning: Identify potential global investment opportunities in worldwide and generate acquisition analysis, feasibility studies, and due diligence;
lResponsible for Business Development and Investment strategies providing analysis and advices for company strategic planning;
lPrepare and present investment proposals and investment reporting for the Group;
lP&L Management: Manage financial modeling for existing company and Joint Venture assets to ensure capital growth;
lIdentify and handle Overseas (Including Western, US, Asia Market etc.) M&A (Mergers and Acquisitions) projects.
lMin 5 years of experience in oversea M&A, corporate finance industry with an in-depth understanding of the market；
lGood relation with western culture & markets is a must;
lBachelor's degree or above in real estate, finance, surveying or property related disciplines;
lSuccessful track record of managing real estate investment portfolio；
lDeep technical knowledge so as to be able to conduct detailed real estate analysis；
lSignificant negotiation and execution experience；
lExperience in leading investment projects would be an advantage；
lMore experience will be considered as Investment Director.
