A Asian based logistics business is seeking a high-calibre L&D Senior Manager in Hong Kong to support a large, complex business unit with a global remit.
Report to Head of HR, the person will take the lead in formulation, design and execution of following areas to improve organization capabilities for business growth:
- Learning & Development: partner with department heads, functions leaders in the training needs analysis and design of training programmes to ensure the development and retention of internal talents
- Talent Management: design, develop, implement and sustain Talent Management programs including career and leadership development, succession planning, performance management, and organization development plan to maintain long term organization capabilities
- Internal Communications: ensure corporate messages are delivered effectively and promote two way communications between general staff and top management through utilization of different mediums
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, or related discipline
- Minimum 10 years of related work experience in Talent Management/ Learning & Development field
- Experienced in design and execute of various L&D programmes
- Good communications and interpersonal skills in engaging staff from different levels
- High proficiency in spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese
- Familiar with Microsoft Office
