To support their continuous growth plan in the APAC region, they have created a new position to recruit for a commercially astute marketing professional with strong product marketing and solutions selling experience, to join their expanding APAC team in Hong Kong.

Reporting to the Regional Senior Director, you will work closely with the Global and In-market teams and be a part of the regional commercial team. You will play a key role in supporting senior leadership team to drive overall client/ market growth strategy for both existing and new clients. You will support the regional product design efforts through working closely with clients to understand their needs, developing and delivering appropriate programs/ products to drive value. You will lead the APAC Product Launch initiatives and GTM strategies, where you will define product requirements, work with sales team on training support and be involved in customer and client contract from a product & marketing perspective. You will also monitor program/ project performance against business assumptions and optimal performance parameters; anticipate challenges and come up with solutions and recommend appropriate in-market activity to optimize program/ project performance. Some traveling in the region is to be expected.
You will be a degree graduate preferably a MBA holder with a minimum of 8 years’ experience gained from top-tier strategy consulting firm or have solid product marketing & management experience from MNCs in the IT/ Telco or Retail sector. You will have strong project management experience with demonstrated ability to set objectives, define work scope and develop approach to deliver results in a timely manner. You will be strategic minded and commercially astute with strong analytical ability and excellent interpersonal skills. You will possess demonstrated people skills and gravitas to build relationship and to manage multiple stakeholders across a range of diverse cultures and corporate levels. You will be a self-driven and confident candidate who enjoys working in a dynamic and fast paced environment. You will possess excellent language skills with fluent to native level of English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese).
