About Our Client (Electronic Company) & Job Description
Our client, one of the Electronic companies,is now looking for a Senior Purchasing Coordinator to join their team. The job duties are as follows:
- Liaise with Chinese suppliers and Japanese customers
- Follow up the whole sourcing, production and shipment arrangement process
- Documents handling including PO, invoice and sales reports
- Directly report to Japan HQ & Japanese managers in HK
- Business trips to China (Guangdong province) may be required
- F.7 or above, 3-5 years related working experience preferred
- Working experience in Japanese company / Supply chain management preferred
- Good Command of Japanese(Passed JLPT N2 or above), English & Mandarin
- Responsible, detail minded and well organized, able to communicate with different parties
- Immediate or short notice preferred
Work Conditions & Benefits
- Working days: Mon-Fri
- Location : Kowloon side
- Salary : 18 - 22K(Depends on exp.)
- Double pay, Dis. bonus, Annual Leave
- Daily Transportation allowance,Medical benefits & MPF.
