Service Administration Coordinator-SA05-JDB (5-day week in Shatin)(Fresh graduates is welcome)

- Support the Service Administration & Service Sales
- Prepare and process service quotation, contract, sales order and related documents
- Co-ordinate the services delivery to customer with inter-departments and suppliers
- Handle and attend to customers’ orders and enquires
- Maintain positive customer relation & interface with customers on time
- Data Entry, Filing & compiling reports
- Form 5 or DSE graduates
- With 1 to 2 years working experience
- Working experience in customer service / sales process is advantage
- Pleasant, polite and good telephone manner and communication skills
- Good command in written English & Chinese
- Good communication skills in Cantonese, Mandarin & English
- Familiar with MS office applications
- Immediately available is an advantage
- Fresh graduates are welcome
