An excellent sourcing manager is now required to join their business for reaching higher business performance.
As an Excellent sourcing manager, you need to have clear market knowledge and information, know how to identify current vendor and define the right sourcing strategy under the company's direction. For your daily responsibility your will audit your team sourcing activity and review vendor performance, cooperate with NPI team and Quality team to verify new suppliers. When managing vendor, you need to use your pass experience and setup the vendor verification process. Discipline all quotation to cover all details before sending to Purchasing for order placement.
For successful apply, you need to have Minimum 8 years' experience in the sourcing and purchasing field in which 5 years is in the manager capacity. Experience in working with a company in Guangdong Province, preferably in any one towns of Dongguan City. Familiar with the field of electronic, or electro-mechanical industry. Well verse of the supply markets in semiconductors and mechanical field such as transformers, PCB, cables and electrical wires, plastics molding, stamping, die-casting and packaging etc. Bachelor or above degree, fluent in spoken and written English, and familiar with ERP system
