Sales management and business development opportunity specialize in specification with a world-leader in lighting solution in Hong Kong.

Due to recent growth, they are seeking experienced talent to expand the Hong Kong and South China commercial project markets.
Your new role
As specification sales leader, it will be your role to strategically grow revenue in the challenging market. You will focus on business development and expand the network of the company and increase the sales revenue across the regions. You will be building and developing a drive the specification team in achieving and exceeding individual and team sales target through specification.
What you'll need to succeed
To ensure you are successful in this role, you will have a proven track record of success developing the network specializing in lighting, lighting control and automation market and will have established relationships with all the local designers, consultants, contractors, architects and developers. You will have intimate knowledge of the specification process and be able to communicate with a wide range of construction professionals. Also, having experience in building and developing a team in Hong Kong and China is critical with the role. It is ideal that you come from a technical background and understand the importance of driving new business from the top down.
