- Perform full spectrum of office administrative functions including but not limited to office management, facilities & equipment management, office renovation & relocation etc.
- Responsible for office supplies, stationeries & printing materials ordering
- Travel arrangement
- Perform reception duties & other ad hoc duties when needed
- Diploma holder or above
- Minimum 3 years' relevant experience in sizable organization
- Good command in written & spoken English and Chinese
- High proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Powerpoint
