Our Client, a Japanese Department Store is now seeking for a high caliber individual for the position of Japanese Speaking Supervisor/Assistant Store Manager.
- Form 5 or above
- 2+ years working experience in Retail Industry
- Fluent in Japanese, English and Chinese
- Able to work shift duties
- Assist in daily store operation
- Formulate and implement marketing strategies, seasonal & monthly promotions
- Responsible for staff planning, training and development
- Collect, analyses and compile report of market information
- Keep abreast of the sales trends and ensure sufficient stock on hand
- Ad hoc duties as assigned
