To act as Project Manager to manage the IT backbone infrastructure in call center and service centre environment to cope with different service level requirements in a timely and quality manner. Major job responsibilities include:
- Liaise with various internal/external IT counterparts for the delivery of technical solutions
Oversee the formulation of IT and telecommunications facilities, development strategy and associated implementation plan, and exercise proper control of budget
Drive and motivate a team of system and application development staff in HK and PRC to meet users’ requirements
Manage product vendors for delivery of systems integration project and maintenance support
Liaise with the IT and engineering departments for support of the legacy application and networking
Keep abreast of latest technology to improve efficiency and productivity
- Degree holder in Computer Science/Computer Engineering with 10 years’ relevant experience in system development and integration in telecommunication field and call center/retail environment
Solid experience on call center integrated system, networking and application such as ACD, CTI, LAN/WAN, IVR, SQL and .NET
Experience in managing systems of IPT, multimedia or mobile app is an added advantage
Highly analytical, well organized with good problem solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal as well as communication and presentation skills
