Responsibilities The System Support is primarily responsible for assisting the Senior Engineer in the design and creation of reliable, reusable, secure and scalable application/ scripts for the fast expanding businesses.
- Troubleshoot and support issues
- Performs voice system installation, development and troubleshooting
- Infrastructure design
Knowledge and Skills required:
- Diploma or degree holder in Computer or Information Technology related
- Willing to learn new technologies and self-motivated.
- Good command of English and Cantonese
- At least 1 year experience in IT technical support or related
- Holder of MCSE or CCNA is an advantage
- Knowledge of basic networking and programming
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
