- Maintain PC, POS with peripheral, Sonic Wall and network equipment of Stores.
- Provide helpdesk and on-site support services to internal users on hardware and software problems in a chain-stores and office environment
- Provide training and documentation to users on usage of software and hardware
- Provide after office hours standby service
- Diploma or Degree holder in computer science or related fields
- 1-2 years or above relevant working experience in POS hardware and Retail Solution support
- Experience in the garment / fashion field in buying / retail / marketing functions. Those with experience in retail shop operation.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft technologies and products
- Experience in retail chain-stores environment is a definite advantage
- Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Immediate available is preferred
