The Talent Acquisition leader will lead a team to handle end-to-end recruitment process to hire mainly Software Developers and other mid-to-senior IT Technical roles to support the business growth. He/ she needs to have excellent stakeholder management skills, ability to develop JD from scratch, deliver excellent candidate experience, and have daily conference call with the regional team in Singapore.
He/ She will set KPIs for the team and make sure the KPIs are met. He/She will partner with hiring managers to develop the best recruitment strategies to handle high volume recruitment. He/She should be able to lead and manage a team effectively.
The candidate MUST have excellent IT Technical Recruitment Skills, with an in-depth knowledge in technical roles and their functions/ languages. A combination of in-house IT recruitment and recruitment agency experience is highly preferred, but experience from either in-house or agency would be considered. He/ She should have a Degree education in HR or IT or other related disciplines, and must speak Mandarin or Cantonese AND ENGLISH.
Direct sourcing and Headhunting skills are highly desired but not mandatory. He/She needs to be experienced in a managerial position and have experience managing a small team.
He/She must be able to think and work on a strategic level, but at the same time be able to roll up the sleeves and be hands-on with recruitment tasks, and lead by example. He/She needs to work independently, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills for communication with internal stakeholders.
