Our client is a US based investment bank with offices in North America, Japan and Hong Kong. The office culture is international, friendly and fun-loving. The Hong Kong office is looking for an Admin Assistant to provide secretarial support for the client relations team.
- Provides secretarial and administrative support to managers and the team
- Handle monthly reports, including excel spreadsheet, budgeting, payroll and employee details
- Coordinating travel arrangements and coordinating expense reimbursement process with Finance
- Assisting in preparation of client and prospect correspondence or presentation material through copying, printing, binding, etc
- Office administration duties e.g. coordinating with accounts payable, conference call setups, interaction with vendors and suppliers, etc
- Performs administration on client servicing and prospecting documentation and database, including organizing and scanning internal and external correspondences, compiling visit reports and distributing/sharing to other administrative staff in global offices
- Helps co-ordinate corporate / department projects
- Bachelor's degree or recognized secretarial studies
- Minimum 2 years administrative/ accountant experience in sizable corporations
- Strong PC skills including demonstrated knowledge of word processing, presentation and spreadsheet software applications (PowerPoint skills essential)
- Good interpersonal and organization skills
- Nearly native English is a must, fluent Cantonese/ Mandarin is a great plus
- Good at prioritizing workload
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
