You will handle the building defects of the Corporation’s property development projects after the handover stage. You will conduct investigation, initiate and provide technical input on rectification measures as well as manage and supervise related rectification works to ensure compliance with corporate and statutory requirements. You will also liaise and monitor the performance of developers, consultants and contractors.
You should have a Degree in Building Engineering / Building Surveying / Architecture or a related discipline with at least 8 years’ relevant experience, of which 2 years should be at managerial level. Possession of membership of a recognised institution in relevant disciplines is a pre-requisite. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese is required.
Appointment will be made on two-year renewable contract terms.
