Perform user and some server side support on client's office
Handle IT helpdesk to perform troubleshooting and IT problems solving
Perform upgrade or migration tasks of software and PCs.
With 1-2 years of IT-Technical Support experience such as helpdesk support.
Have good knowledge of Windows, PC and TCP/IP Network
Good understanding of Network, System Monitor and Backup
Prefer to have Microsoft Certifications or CCNA
Must have Diploma or above in relevant field or equivalent.
Must have good customer service attitude and able to deal to different type of users
Must work independently & work with a team
Must have good communication skills
