To cope with our business growth, we are looking for candidates to fill following vacancy:
Title: Technical Support Engineer
- Provide on-site technical support for customer service delivery and availability
- Acts as the primary onsite technical contact, providing customer visibility, troubleshooting support and problem resolution for corporate customers
- Able to manage hot issues by setting customer expectations, devising and implementing action plans, being available 24x7 and professionally communicating to all parties involved
- Diploma/Higher Diploma/Degree in Information System / Computer Science / Computer Engineering / Communication Engineering
- At least 1 years I.T. support and field service hand on working experience
- General networking knowledge is also needed
- Solid understanding of client/server, networking, and Internet technologies fundamentals
- Excellent knowledge of TCP/IP and other protocols including use of troubleshooting tools
- Either routing, switching, WiFi and security technology solid experiences.
- H3CNE & CCNA holder preferred.
- Customer oriented, independent & able to work under pressure
- Willing to work over time in case of emergency call
- Willing to Learn with good team-work spirit
- Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
